This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on this website, what they do, and how you can control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files, and similar technologies such as browser local storage, that a website stores on your device. They let a site remember your choices and, in some cases, measure how the site is used.

How we use them

We group them into two kinds:

• Strictly necessary. Needed for the site to work and to remember your privacy choice. These do not require consent.
• Non-essential (statistics and marketing). Used to understand how visitors use the site and how our marketing performs. These are only set after you accept them, and you can refuse or withdraw at any time with no loss of function.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary

• tehidy-consent-record (browser local storage, set by this site). Remembers your choice for statistics and for marketing, the version of the cookie banner you answered and the date, so we do not ask you on every page. It holds only those choices, is stored on your device, and we ask again after six months.

Non-essential, statistics and marketing (only set with your consent)

• Meta Pixel (_fbp and related, set by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited via connect.facebook.net). Helps us measure how our advertising and marketing performs. The pixel sets a first-party cookie on this site; Meta may process the data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. It is only loaded if you accept marketing cookies.
• Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_*, set by Google Ireland Limited via googletagmanager.com). Tells us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and which actions are taken, such as sending an enquiry, tapping to call, or opening the booking site, so we can improve the site. It keeps its cookies for up to two years. Google may process the data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We use Google Consent Mode: Google Analytics is not loaded at all unless you accept statistics cookies, and advertising features are always switched off.

Our hosting provider may also record limited server-log information for security. This is not used to track you across other websites.

Managing your choice

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all non-essential cookies, reject them all, or choose statistics and marketing separately. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and is fully respected. You can change either choice at any time here, and if you withdraw one we delete its cookies:
