A place with
a long memory

Tehidy has been a members’ club since 1922 – laid out by a Cornishman who had already won The Open, in the parkland of the Basset Estate. Today the club is owned by its members, and the fixture diary, the courtesy of the first tee, and the table in the clubhouse afterwards are all still there. There is no joining fee on any category, and the age-based fee ladder means you are not asked to pay full rates until the age of thirty.

Membership costs

What does Tehidy Park membership cost?

Tehidy Park full membership is £855 per year for golfers aged 30 and over. There is no joining fee on any category, monthly payment is available, and members joining part-way through the subscription year pay a pro-rata first subscription.

What is included?

Full playing members receive seven-day golf, an official England Golf handicap, access to the competition calendar, member guest rates, 20% off bar purchases, and 5% off dining at Cygnets.

Are there hidden fees?

The annual subscription is shown on this page for each category. There is no joining fee. Any optional extras, such as buggies, lessons, extra Country rounds, bar spend, or dining, are paid separately.

Do I need a handicap?

You do not need to arrive with an official handicap to enquire. Playing membership gives you the route to an England Golf handicap once your initial cards are submitted.
